Nomination of Participants- Capacity-building on Modern Repository Management and Metadata Curation - 2026

We invite your institution to nominate Librarian staff for the grant-funded Capacity-building on Modern Repository Management and Metadata Curation - 2026. This is an UbuntuNet Alliance initiative, funded by the Invest in Open Infrastructure Fund. 

This training program is intended to deliver intensive, hands-on, in-person training for librarians on establishing or upgrading OIRs and curating them according to Open Science best practices.

The training is Scheduled to take place on 5th to 7th August 2026.

Each institution is required to nominate One Librarian.
