We are pleased to invite all BOLT Beneficiaries and Anchor Universities  to  participate in the upcoming  webinar regarding the proposed transition of respective institution to a sustainable and affordable high-speed Internet connectivity plan.

This session intends to cover:

• Background - BOLT Phase 1 and Phase 2 Beneficiary institutions
• Enforcing Internet bandwidth limits and Internet upgrade bands
• Digital campus infrastructure (DCI) acceptance form and Internet services agreement
• Securing institutional e-mail and domain records and hosting institutional websites 

The webinar is scheduled to take place in the week of September 14 - 18, 2026
